Processing & delivery
The shipping page lists processing at 1–3 working days, followed by estimated UK delivery of 8–15 working days. Europe is listed at 10–18 working days and the rest of the world at 12–21. These are published estimates, not confirmed delivery dates.
A timing discrepancy to resolve
The terms page instead lists dispatch at 3–5 working days and delivery at 7–20 business days. The business needs to confirm which timings apply.
Delivery charges & tracking
The published policy says standard shipping is free on most drone orders over £30 and that tracking is provided. Eligibility, destination charges and upgrades must be checked in Wix before launch.
